A message from Michael Conroy

 
Hello and thank you for visiting Michael Conroy Motors Ltd. My name is Michael Conroy and I am the managing director and owner. I'd like to take this opportunity to give you a background in the history of our business and how we have evolved over the years to reach the standards we deliver today. I started importing cars from the UK just over 12 years ago and operating from my garage adjacent to my family home I operated a successful car sales business.

 What started out as a part time interest quickly grew into a full-time business.

I’ve always lived by the motto “do what you enjoy and you won’t work a day in your life”.

I believe our rapid success was due to our hand picked stock and the level of customer service provided. Basically we sell and source cars that you the customer wants and the feedback we get from our customers the most is in relation to the friendly no rush service that we offer. At the forefront of our values is this is a family run business and we take the time to listen to what our customers require. In line with our growth we needed to move to a larger premises and in 2020 we took the opportunity to move to our current site in Derrycorrib in Belmullet. Our used car dealership based in Derrycorrib, Belmullet Co. Mayo, is located conveniently on the main Ballina road 5km from Belmullet town.

We stock over thirty used cars at our forecourt in Belmullet with a great selection of high specification makes and models to suit every budget and requirement. In addition we recognise the need to say on top of quality and as such we made investments in state of the art workshop equipment and software to ensure we meet and exceed main dealer standards. This is reflected in our numerous services such as our tyre centre, attended car wash, Four wheel alignment and tracking, diagnostic equipment and vehicle health check software.
